MCP servers
External tool providers you register once, and each member grants with their own account.
MCP servers in the console. The Model Context Protocol is how an external system offers tools to an assistant. Register a server here and its tools become available to your members.
Use it to connect your own systems: a CRM, an internal API, a ticketing system.
Adding one
Add MCP Server, then:
Server URL and transport, either Streamable HTTP or Server-Sent Events. The server's documentation says which.
Authentication, one of four:

OAuth is the one to prefer where the server offers it. You define the server and you are not asked to sign in. Each member then grants access with their own account, so the tools act with their permissions rather than a shared identity.
That matters for anything with per-user access rules: a shared API key gives everyone the reach of whoever created it, and makes the audit trail on the far side say one thing for the whole organisation.
Tools
Discover Tools connects and lists what the server offers. Then Manage Tools to enable or disable individually, or Enable All.
Enable deliberately rather than in bulk. Every enabled tool is one more thing the assistant may reach for, and one more line in its catalogue on every turn. A server offering forty tools where four are useful is worth four.
Re-discover after the server changes. Nothing updates on its own.
Test Connection before relying on it.
Personal servers
Members can add their own under Profile then Personal MCP Servers, if you allow it in Organization.
Off is the safer default: a personal server is an endpoint nobody has reviewed, reachable by the assistant.
One practical consequence if you leave it on: an agent that uses a personal MCP tool cannot be published to the marketplace, because nobody else can reach it. Members hit that as a blocker at publish time, and the fix is for you to register the server organisation-wide.
Deleting
Deleting a server removes all its discovered tools. Agents configured to use them will find them missing.
