Get signed in and send your first message.
Getting an account
You do not create your own account. Somebody at your organisation (an administrator) invites you, and you get an email with a link.
Click the link, choose a password, and you are in. If the email never arrived, check your spam folder first, then ask whoever asked you to start using Asteria Cloud. They can send it again.
Some organisations skip passwords entirely and use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. If that is yours, use the work account you already sign in with every morning. A personal Gmail will not work, even if the address looks similar.
Signing in
Go to your Asteria Cloud address
Usually app.asteria-labs.com. If your organisation uses a different address, it is the one in your invitation email.
Enter your email and password
Or click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft if that is how your organisation set things up.
Tick Remember me for 90 days on a computer only you use. Leave it unticked on a shared or public machine.
You land on the chat screen
A greeting with your name, a big box that says "What's on your mind?", and a list down the left side. That box is where everything starts.
Send something
Type a question and press Enter. Anything will do for now:
Explain what you can help me with, in plain language, assuming I have never used an AI assistant.
You will see the answer appear a few words at a time. That is normal. When it stops, you are looking at your first conversation, and it is saved in the list on the left.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email. A reset link arrives within a minute or two and expires after 30 minutes. If nothing shows up, check spam before asking for another one.
